Shipping Policy

We proudly ship worldwide and are happy to accommodate APO/FPO addresses as well. All of our shipping services come with the  assurance of safe, insured delivery.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm (CST), Monday-Saturday, will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm or on Sunday will ship the following business day.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 days): FREE
  • Overnight Shipping (1 day): $85

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

  • Standard International (6-10 days): $35
  • Express International (2-4 days): $85

Return Policy

At Purse Best Finds, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy for a                       full refund on eligible items.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Timely Return: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Condition: All items must be returned in the original condition as received, with tags still attached.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging (dust covers, boxes, etc.).

Returns must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

How to Return an Item

You can return your items in one of the following ways:

  1. Pre-paid UPS Return Label – For U.S. customers, we offer a pre-paid return label for a $14.99 fee. Simply print it from your          account under My Purchases.
  2. International Returns – For international returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You can choose your            preferred carrier.

Processing Time for Returns

Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 4 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Signature Required: To protect the value of your items, all orders will ship with a signature required upon delivery.                                       If you prefer to waive this requirement for orders under $500, you can opt out during checkout.
  • Order Changes: You may update delivery details for U.S. orders after checkout, but please note that you assume                                             responsibility for any loss or non-delivery of the items(s).
  • Shipping to Non-Billing Addresses: To prevent fraud, we recommend shipping to your billing address. However, if you                    request delivery to a different address, we may need to verify your order, which could result in a slight delay.

International Buyers

Please note that all international orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the                   customer. We declare all items at full purchase price, and some countries may restrict certain materials (e.g. exotic leathers).                               It’s important to check your local regulations before ordering.
